This letter is in deep appreciation for the efforts put forth by Garabar Roofing (especially A.J.). I called A.J. after the roofing contractor I first hired abandoned the job. I was left with a mess, the roof half done and out a lot of money. A.J. took over, immediately met with the City of Coral Springs and organized all the different facets of the job. Garabar's work was done in a timely fashion and done very professionally.

When the job was completed, the roof came out beautiful and I was able to recoup some of my losses working with Garabar. It was a blessing to find a company and person A.J. who actually cares and goes beyond the norm in these situations.

Approximately one year ago I hired Garabar, Inc. to replace the existing tile roof on my Boca Raton home with a new standing seam metal roof. The project involved field inspections, field measurements, damaged framing assessments, code review, consultations, review of alternative roof systems, cost projections, detailing, cost projections with construction alternatives, review of final roof specifications and color selections. Also included was replacement of an intersecting flat composite roof with specialty detailing as part of the project

Garabar Roofing did a complete roof replacement of our tile roof; start to finish in less than 4 months. Only months after our last hurricane, this turn around time was unbelievable and much shorter than the competition. We expected to wait six to nine months for a complete roof replacement. We initially got three bids from local roofing companies and Garabar was the least, but that is not why we selected them. Upon our initial meeting, we knew we would be dealing directly with the owner of the company, cutting out any sales pitch we would have received. AJ made it clear to us that it was important to him that we were satisfied. His employees worked hard, and kept the jobsite neat and clean, a priority for us with our two small children running around the yard.

We replaced our white, concrete tiled roof to a red Spanish style barrel tile and the results turned out beautifully. It completely changed and updated the look of our home, not to mention the return on our investment and the feeling of security we have in the face of future hurricanes that may be coming our way.
