The Sewell’s Hardware Building, Boca Raton, Florida

Garabar was contracted to perform a full exterior and interior remodeling of the old Sewell’s Hardware Building in downtown Boca Raton. This 5,000 square foot warehouse will be turned into a private museum. The scope of work included adding a mezzanine floor, a new roof, new façade, concrete work, outdoor pavers, new windows and doors as well as other details and trim.
